DSJ v The Queen [2012] NSWCCA 9; NS v R

Facts: Defendant 1 (D1) (DSJ) and 2 (D2) (NS) were charged with insider trading (10 counts each); D1 gave information; D2 bought the trades. The prosecution (Pr) sought joinder with all 20 counts so evidence for each count could be used as proof for the other as Pr wanted to show there was a scheme in position.
