Fearn & Ors v Tate Gallery [2023] UKSC 4

Facts: The Tate Modern opened an extension in 2016 called the Blavatnik Building which is 10 stories high and has a viewing platform on the top floor. The appellants own flats neighbouring the Tate Modern. On one side of the viewing platform, visitors to the Tate Modern can see directly into the flats. They claimed for private nuisance.
