Fortuna Seafoods Pty Ltd v The Ship ‘Eternal Wind’ [2008] 1 Qd R 429

Facts: Fortuna Seafoods processed and sold fish caught by Fortuna Fishing. Defendant (D) (the ship 'Eternal Wind') collided with a vessel owned by Fortuna Fishing, causing it to sink. Fortuna Seafoods lost the opportunity to process and sell fish that it obtained from Fortuna Fishing.
