Jango v Northern Territory of Australia (No 4) (2004) 214 ALR 608 

Facts: In an indigenous land rights claim made under the Native Title Act, an expert report was submitted. The report was of anthropological evidence and included material in footnotes and appendices used to support the basis of the expert anthropologist’s opinion. This was objected to as the material was unfairly prejudicial under s 136 Evidence Act.
