Kaye v Robertson [1991] FSR 62 (CA)

Facts: Kaye, a popular television star, was recovering from head injuries (a tree fell through the windscreen of his car) in hospital. A journalist and photographer entered the room (despite signs excluding them) to photograph and interview him. He attempted to stop the newspaper from profiting off the photographs.
