McPhillamy v The Queen (2018) 92 ALJR 1045

Facts: Defendant (D) (acolyte/priest assistant) accused of child sexual abuse offences against the complainant (C) (11yo alter boy). The prosecution (Pr) relied on tendency evidence of child sexual offences against two 13yo boys at boarding school 10 years prior where D was a housemaster. D did not deny that this had taken place.
