Munro v Southern Dairies [1955] VLR 332

Facts: The plaintiff (Pl) complained of noise, smell and flies caused by a dairy’s stabling of horses on city land (dairy used horses to cart milk). The noise kept Pl awake at night. Pl brought action against the defendant (D) for nuisance.
