Nikolaidis v The Queen [2008] NSWCCA 323

Facts: Defendant (D) (Nikolaidis), a partner/solicitor, was convicted of making a false instrument by instructing a secretary to back-date a document. The secretary gave evidence that the solicitor instructed her to back-date the document. D counsel put to the secretary that she fabricated her evidence as she was treated unfairly upon leaving the firm.
