Parker v British Airways Board [1982] QB 1004

Facts: While waiting for a flight, Parker (plaintiff; Pl) found a gold bracelet on the floor at British Airway’s executive lounge at Heathrow airport. He handed the bracelet in, gave his name and address and requested that it be returned to him if not claimed by the owner. The bracelet was not claimed, but British Airways (defendant; D) did not return it, and instead was sold.
