R v S W C (2007) 175 A Crim R 71

Facts: Defendant (D) was convicted of 5 sexual offences against his niece and daughter. Both complainants gave evidence and were briefly cross-examined (mainly as to the delay in making their complaints). It was not put to either of them in cross-examination (CE) that D denied the allegations. Later, they were recalled and D counsel put to them that D denied the allegations.
