R v Sharp (2003) 143 A Crim R 344

Facts: Defendant (D) was charged as an accessory after fact to murder (her boyfriend did the killing). Detectives visited her at workplace and asked about her involvement; she denied any knowledge of murder. They informed her they had a search warrant for her flat and she said she wanted to be present. She was taken to a watch house and then to her flat during the search warrant.
