R v Zurita [2002] NSWCCA 22

Facts: Defendant (D) (Zurita) was convicted of aggravated sexual assault. D wanted to introduce character evidence that he had no prior convictions of sexual assault but also ensure that the prosecution (Pr) could not rebut it by preventing Pr bringing up prior convictions of theft.
